You feel like you’re barely keeping up.
The last few years have been a series of curveballs.
Weeks fly by in a flurry of keeping up with your career and the household- showing up for your colleagues, doing the laundry, caring for the kids, nurturing your relationships. The demands of life are feeling overwhelming.
Your partner tries to be supportive, but there are some things you can’t talk about with them.
There’s a heaviness you haven’t been able to shake and you’re tired of faking it.
Everyone is depending on you to hold it all together.
You’re exhausted.
Since your second child, it feels like you have nothing left for yourself.
Sometimes you fantasize about walking out the door and into the wilderness for peace.
You haven’t given up on your dreams, but they feel impossible since you don’t have the support you thought you would.
It’s time to show up for yourself.

Ashley Stewart (She/Her)
Ashley takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on psychodynamic, narrative, and nature-based techniques while incorporating holistic wellness practices that honor the connection between mind, body, spirit, and soul. She creates a reflective, grounded space where insight, curiosity, and emotional depth are welcomed.
Her professional journey has included community development, affordable housing, and education—experiences that shaped her understanding of resilience and the complex systems that impact well-being.
She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, burnout, and questions of identity and purpose. Ashley is especially passionate about supporting women and young adults seeking greater clarity, self-understanding, and meaning.
Originally from the East Coast, Ashley moved to the Mountain West to complete her graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys painting, yoga, skiing, biking, and alpine air. She believes in the healing power of slowing down, sharing a laugh, and giving ourselves space to explore—whether in therapy or in the outdoors.
Ashley is currently operating under the clinical supervision of Kari Mowbray, LCPC, Clinical Director.
