I work with women, men, queer, trans, and other LGBTQIA+ identities, as well as black, brown, indigenous folks, and other marginalized identities (individuals and couples).

This will not end suffering or pain, but it will bring you joy and peace that enables you to find balance within suffering and pain. To find a love that encompasses the essence of life – a love that heals the suffering and the pain.

You’ll have the skills to self-soothe, increase discomfort tolerance, and intuitively navigate challenging experiences, even when they are charged with powerful emotions.

You’ll also develop skills to lead with your wise self and skills that enable you to engage in radical self-acceptance and the acceptance of others. To simultaneously accept yourself for who you are, work towards becoming the best version of yourself, and cope with the challenges along the way.
